Do you want to drive the continuous improvement journey at the largest production site within ALK and make a difference for people with allergy? Do you want to drive the business improvement strategy and support an organization with 350 engaged employees with initiatives within LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Digitalization?

You will be based in Hørsholm and join our Product & Business Support department with direct report to our director of the unit and work closely together with site management to develop the business improvement ambition of the organization.

As Business Improvement Manager you will be responsible for:

facilitation of the business improvement site strategy development and for driving the deployment together with the VP and site management
definition and execution of high complexity improvement projects
