Installation Lead

The installation lead will be in close corporation with the site manager, though the installation lead will focus on the installation of the complete Windmills on site. The installation lead will be responsible for making sure the installations are completed within the set timeframe and in a qualitative manner.

The installation lead will coordinate the daily management of workers, both internal and external. You will secure the correct workers and parts are there according to the installation phase on the site. The installation lead will be responsible for making sure the workers on site, whether internal or external workers are rightly equipped to install the windmills and understands all phases of the installations in order to guide the workers.
