As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for our business partners and sales consultants. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and kept carefully informed when it comes to general order management, around product launches and campaigns. The primary focus is to provide excellent customer service, providing effective solutions to our customers’ needs.
