Your role will involve:

Solving problems of customer issue by providing appropriate information and excellent customer support and service. All activities are engaged in establishing and enhancing the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Delivering an excellent Customer Care and to be a key enabler in Customer Care to achieve quality objectives and standards.
