Do you want to be part of enabling growth and creating a world-class omni operations?

In this role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers and Project Consultants across Copenhagen, Hamburg and Baltimore. You will help them achieve successful results through an inspiring and coaching leadership style that builds trust, engagement and fosters a high degree of collaboration. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing on time and on budget delivery of the global project portfolio, as well as securing that the Global Omni Operations 2026 strategy is being implemented. Furthermore, you will:

Lead annual and quarterly planning meetings in close collaboration with the PMO Manager and the Strategy Manager towards the Global Omni Operations leadership team
Secure a strong people-focused and trustful environment with a large degree of collaboration and a high performance culture
