Want to play a key role in the development and implementation of our new Business Operating System?
You will be joining the core GBS team, consisting of you, an assistant and two senior colleagues – all dedicated to the task of taking GBS from concept to implementation. In particular, you will be working closely with the Head of GBS, supporting him in his endeavor to ensure that GBS meets the needs of our business.
In short, you will be managing the initiatives and tracking activities. More precisely, your key tasks include:
- Supporting the Head of GBS in gathering input from key stakeholder across Grundfos and helping consolidate this information
- Following up on all key strategic activities launched as a part of GBS implementation
- Aligning meetings with senior leaders and key GBS partners across Grundfos
