You will be anchored in our Enzymes Discovery department which focuses on discovery of novel enzymes, both wild type and engineered, for dairy applications.

Here you will be involved in a four-year project funded by the European Union as part of the Horizon 2020 program. The project focuses on the discovery of novel enzymes by applying state-of-the-art ultra-high throughput screening and AI methodologies in collaboration with leading research groups from both academia and industry.

Your tasks include:

Defining a strategy and plan for the discovery of enzymes with defined activity and properties together with the consortium collaborators
Design, molecular cloning, and expression of enzyme libraries
