Are you interested in contributing to effective external recruitments and internal mobilities supporting the Talent Developer in Field Operations? If yes, then you might be the person we are looking for!

The TD Support position is responsible for supporting the TD’s by driving internal mobility and external recruitment. Overall, you have the responsibility to run a full operational lifecycle recruitment whilst maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keeping up to date with the business, industry and relevant HR and technical/functional disciplines. Furthermore, you will act as a sparring partner to TEPDK’s hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies and operations with the aim of attracting and hiring the right talent to the account/business units.
