This role is a new role in the management team of Solutions IT and will require technical depth and communication skills at director level and above in both IT and business.

Your main responsibilities include:

Use our service commitments to our customers to develop an appropriate infrastructure policy.
Use our current service to the business to identify areas of improvements.
Support streamlining and consolidating of existing applications.
