Do you know all about data analytics and reporting? Do you know how to prepare and present data findings in the form of dashboards or various reporting? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Your job is to secure daily delivery of HR reporting on offs to Performance Unit leadership teams as wells as to strategic projects such as the Employee Motivation Survey, Sustainability Index and DE&I Index.

Furthermore, you will support the further development of our HR Dashboard Offer from 1.0 to 2.0 as well as you will prepare and present data findings to our leadership teams in the format of guided readings of dashboards or various reporting.
