We are seeking an experienced bioinformatician to drive the development of our neo-epitope prediction pipeline. This pipeline will be of use in the development of a neo-antigen targeting cell product. You need to have the required bioinformatic skills, but also a good understanding to immunology and interest in therapeutic development. You will be responsible for the development of a neoepitope prediction pipeline and have close interaction with the experimental immunology team for testing and validation of this pipeline.
