M&A Analyst

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join the M&A team at Modaxo.

The role will report directly to the M&A Director – Europe and be an instrumental part in helping us execute on our ambitious growth plans. It is a key responsibility of role to assist in all aspects of deal execution including performing financial analysis, financial modelling and general acquisition due diligence.

When not engaged in deal execution activities, the role will also be involved in related administrative and business development activities to drive our pursuits, including maintaining our opportunity funnel, conducting ad hoc reporting of our efforts and reaching out to and maintaining relationships with business owners, transaction advisors and other similar parties.
