Would you like to play a part in setting the standard for future innovative solutions within laundry products? Are you capable of leading your team towards growth, charting the course of robust processes and methodology for market-driven innovation? Do you know how to drive successful change processes using best practice in close cooperation with other functions and the group in general? Then you may be the person we are looking for to join our client McBride in Holstebro in Denmark.

The Product Development Manager reports directly to the Head of Product Development & Product Sustainability based at the company’s headquarters in Manchester in the UK. You will lead a team of two highly dedicated R&D professionals through motivation and engagement making sure that the right competences are in place.
