Commercial Service Owner Lead, Applications & Technology Services (IT)

We’re looking for somebody special to fill a key role! We need a truly versatile individual who thinks long term but can also deliver in the here and now.

You will lead a team managing all Commercial applications. That means the enhancement, support and performance of the critical applications that help Carlsberg market and sell our great products in Western Europe and beyond. You’ll need to be a whizz at aligning with our stakeholders, within IIT and across our core business functions. You’ll be:

• Accountable for leading the team driving the maintenance and enhancement of our critical commercial solutions: eCommerce, Service Management, CMS, Sales Force Automation etc.
• Involved in design and architecture decisions to ensure the right solutions enable our sales and marketing team and even more importantly, our customers.
