Are you motivated by a palette of exciting tasks in an unpretentious working environment with a large customer focus—and good opportunities for professional as well as personal development?

You will work closely with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders in order to secure professional and outstanding results. Working in a matrix organization, you report to the Group Head of Legal in all functional matters.

Your primary tasks will be:

Control and follow-up on primarily Danish labor law
Danish/Scandinavian employment contracts (preparation of drafts and collection of signatures), collective agreements, working hours, and pay rates
Participate in negotiations and ensure a legally correct contractual basis
