As Global Probiotics Regulatory Strategy Lead, you will work in the Global Regulatory Affairs department and be a strategic business partner to the Human Health Business Unit Management Team and to the Probiotics Food Cultures & Enzymes Business leaders. In this role, you will report to the Global Regulatory Affairs Senior Director and will have 1 direct report and 9 functional reporting lines. Moreover, you will be a member of the Global Regulatory Leadership Team.

You will be responsible for defining, in line with business needs and with inputs from the local regulatory teams, what needs to be delivered to the Probiotic Businesses, meaning:

Define the Route to Market Strategy & associated product positioning from a legal standpoint
Set up priorities & associated work plans
Define allocation of resources to activities
