Safety, Health and Environment Director

Taking a hand in all areas of safety, health, and environment, you work closely with your team assisting and guiding them. You will also cooperate closely with top management as well as other key functions and stakeholders throughout the Group. For instance, you will participate in our sustainability working group and collaborate with our Group Director of Sustainability as well as the extensive and critical network throughout our operating companies and factories.

Moreover, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a strong safety culture across ROCKWOOL, making analysis, advising factories, and following up on safety issues
• Staying updated on legislation and ensuring that Group Policy and manuals are updated accordingly
• Handling various reporting tasks both at business and management level e.g. annual environmental performance reports, quarterly safety status reports, including guidance of managers etc.
