Senior Manager B2B Sales Operational Excellence

The role identifies and drives continuous operational excellence of the full B2B sales and service value process across all Circle K’s European Business Units. It is key to the role to ensure a continuous development of Circle K's operational sales and service maturity level by defining and prioritizing concrete initiatives and driving the implementation hands-on, that will ensure sustainable tangible results.

Key responsibility:

  • Deliver lean and operational excellence in prioritized sales and customer service processes across several BUs
  • Analysis of processes and functions and identify improvement potential, that makes it easier for the customers and sales reps in day-to-day operations
  • Design new processes and implement across BUs
