Heading Customer implementation means helping the organization striking the right balance of when we are powering up new teams and your key responsibilities are:

Ensuring delivery of the customer outcome – i.e. ensuring customer satisfaction, cost and effective delivery and organizational readiness
Implement high-quality migration practice – i.e. converge existing elements to build a scalable and effective setup
Upgrade and maintain project management practice – i.e. converging existing elements to build a scalable and effective setup
