In Service R&D we have established a team devoted to exploring opportunities with new innovative asset management tools across a complex spectrum of power generation and energy storage assets. We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset with an in depth understanding of asset management strategies and methodologies combined with operational aspects of running wind turbine assets.

The Head of Product Performance Development will work within our Global Services Business Unit and will work collaboratively with key global and regional stakeholders in sales, strategy, operations, and technology development. The main responsibility is to provide leadership in R&D within road mapping, long-term strategy, and external partnering but also hands on organizational development.
