As our Senior Capability Specialist, you will join the People & Governance team to facilitate the implementation and further development of our Capability Building activities. Collaborating across the LEGO Foundation, you ensure that our organisation is ready to deliver the growth inherent to our current ambition to systematically reach children with learning through play initiatives.

We define capabilities as the combination of competencies, skills, and behavior that collectively enable the purpose and address the challenges of our organisation. As Sr. Capability Specialist, you will develop learning opportunities in support of the key competencies and skills we need, our culture and values.
