We are looking for a new Team Lead to help support our growing engineering organization of 60+ engineers across different teams. You will be responsible for one of our development teams, where you will work in a close relationship with the product owner to help set the direction for your team.

As a person, you like that things are organized so that your team is achieving progress and achieves flow while maintaining high standards. Your technical background and experience will help the team in design sessions and choosing the right path for the task.

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

Run Standup, retrospectives, and planning with your team
Help with customer, security, and production issues and prioritize accordingly
Work with other Team Leads and managers on cross-team projects locally and abroad
