For our Site Training team within the Construction Site Resources department, we are looking for a self-driven Technical Trainer who is eager to play an important part in the on-site training and development of our technicians within Offshore.

As a Technical Trainer in Site Training, you will be part of a team that creates, analyses, implements, books and monitors training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide, in order to ensure fulfillment of the demand from our Offshore projects.

As Technical Trainer, your main responsibilities will cover:

Actively contribute to the continued development of our technicians
Development and delivery of technical training based upon business needs, primarily conducted at our training facility in Esbjerg
Secure technical support in the Site Training department as well as in Construction Site Resources
