LINDBERG Training Coordinator

We are currently seeking a candidate to our training team who will report to our Training Manager as part of our dynamic Sales Excellence and Training Team.

Youl will onboard new sales representatives from across the world, coordinate training schedules and conduct training sessions for new sales representatives.

We not only design and install the systems but also make sure they run smoothly for many years, which requires continues training for our on-site employees, who are based all over the world.

You will play a key role in developing and improving training processes to support these global teams. You’ll work closely with product experts to design impactful training materials and coordinate training sessions across multiple time zones.
