Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and travel agents across Asia, addressing all types of agent inquiries with a problem-solving mindset and professional approach.
  • Manage all pre- and post-booking inquiries from customers and travel agents, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare customized tour quotations based on specific client needs and requirements.
  • Handle contract management with both suppliers and customers, negotiating terms that align with the company's profitability goals.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to crisis or emergency situations related to group travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships within an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of company tools, systems, and business processes in day-to-day operations.

Profile Required:

  • 1–2 years of prior experience in tour operations within the Scandinavian region is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese is a strong advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills with fast and accurate keyboard proficiency
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to process orders promptly and accurately
