MASH Skovriderkroen is looking for a full time brunch chef for our luxurious brunch on weekends.

Every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays we get around totally 600 brunch guests with high expectations of a brunch with a very wide range of high end products.

This takes both planning, preparation and presenting the buffet in an appealing way along with the brunch team. You will work along with the brunch team as well as train and guide them.

We make salads and smoothies ourselves, have around 30 different items ranging from various bread, cheeses, cakes, warm dishes and cold cuts as well as an omelet station open throughout brunch service.

If you have previous experience with preparing brunch, it is an absolute advantage. Training will be done side by side by the head chef until you are ready to work independently.

We need an experienced chef with an economical understanding, who is used to working independently.

Danish work permit or European citizenship is mandatory.

The working hours secures every other weekend off and are as follows:

Week A: work Tuesday - Friday from 10.00 - 18.00

Week B: work Wednesday - Friday from 10.00-18.00 + Saturday & Sunday 6.00-16.00

The schedule can be flexible after prior agreement.
