FLC is looking for a Junior Planner to provide the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Project Planning team with the expertise to deliver the project in the most effective manner and with solid scheduling updates and KPIs status. During the overall project life-cycle the Junior Planner shall support the key stakeholders with the development and implementation of short-term programs, collect data and progress reporting from site, support time location development and 4D simulations, and increase the communication between departments. The Junior Planner shall have an engineering and construction background, with the ability to work with strict deadlines and be willing to learn and develop a career in the Planning, Scheduling and Project Control field.

Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals, and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Full involvement on Primavera P6 Programme development and quality upgrade
  • Implement and Development of Last Planner System approach and meetings on site (3 weeks look ahead)
  • Support on 4D planning and simulations, and Time Location charts Development
  • Time, Cost, and Visual Data Collection, Management and Reporting
  • Involvement in Presentations and Programme Targets communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Some years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling and Control in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) of Heavy Marine Infrastructure projects.
  • Competency with CPM scheduling software Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, TILOS ,4D Construction Planning is a plus.
  • Good understanding and experience on implementation of Site Diaries and 4 Week Look Ahead processes and digital tools.
  • Good understanding of Construction industry heavy equipment.
  • Proficient in the MS Office 365 and willing to explore and develop skills in Power BI.
  • Solid verbal and written presentation skills in English.
