The Position
As our Warehouse Specialist, you will be a key member of our team with a primary focus on SAP operations, capacity strategy, and project management. Your role involves leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure seamless integration with SAP.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Spearhead capacity planning and strategy, optimizing capacity utilization and ensuring readiness for future growth.
  • Lead and optimize SAP operations, ensuring the system effectively supports day-to-day warehouse activities.
  • Manage and implement strategic projects within the warehouse, overseeing their successful and timely completion.
  • Act as a self-driven individual, setting a positive example for colleagues through proactive problem-solving and leadership.
  • Provide guidance and direction, serving as a mentor and role model within the team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you likely have:

  • Several years of experience within Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain Management
  • An educational background in Pharmacy, Engineering, logistics or a related field
  • Proven experience in SAP operations and project management within a warehouse or similar setting
  • Knowledge of GMP or GDP
  • Working level of both English and Danish.

In addition, we are looking for a candidate with Sstrong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic capacity planning to support business goals. As a person you possess a self-driven attitude with a track record of successfully setting direction and leading teams. It is important that you have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


About the Department
You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR, situated in the Supply Chain department, you will take part in creating new standards for efficiency, compliance, and innovation within our warehouse operations.


The Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment. In this collaborative environment, you will closely work with three other support professionals to streamline and optimize workflows. Your role is instrumental in facilitating the efficiency of six operators, collectively ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall productivity of the warehouse.
