We are looking for a Offshore Installation Manager to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry. You will be working as part of the team on various WTG installation project duties.

Location: South Denmark, must be at the office 2-3 days a week.


QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Great experience with managing offshore installation scopes, similar construction scopes and/or including drafting contract specifications for heavy lifting, deck layout, and vessel mobilization
  • Must have or being willing to get GWO training in order to be able to visit an offshore WTG installation in progress
  • A degree or equivalent in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of the wind turbine installation vessel market and the most common installation concepts
  • Great numeracy skills and a logical mind. High level of fluency in speaking and writing English, although it does not have to be your first language
  • Understand how to achieve safe and high-quality construction or engineering project outcomes
  • Great communication skills and are able to liaise and cooperate with both your colleagues and counterparts from our client's suppliers
  • Bright, curious, and original and thrive within a team and as a leader
  • Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supervising work offshore for short spells
  • Assisting in the back office with various tasks related to the work scope such as developing contracts, scope supervision
  • Reviewing or developing offshore installation schedules
