As a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we are seeking a driven Cyber Security Consultant with a knack for business development and sales to join our team. We are seeking a results-oriented Cyber Security Consultant who thrives on the challenge of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as having a sound understanding of cybersecurity products and services. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and to a lesser degree delivering cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.

NNIT is a public listed company specializing in consultancy, development, implementation, operations and support of IT-solutions. NNIT has 1.800 employees and targets companies and organizations who have a high demand for quality, business resilience and agility.

Your will become part of Region Denmark in NNIT. Region Denmark is focused on Public and enterprise clients. The Cyber team is comprised of 24 employees and is located in central Copenhagen.

 

Your responsibilities as Cyber Security Consultant

  • You will be responsible for running the sales process end-to-end towards new NNIT clients and sales prospects.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ability to understand clients challenges and translate this in to very concrete Cyber Security solutions. You will handle both the internal and external sales process from identifying or generating new sales opportunities, internal approval, proposal build, the subsequent proposal presentation and contract negotiations, to final contract signature.
  • In the sales process you will be able to draw upon highly competent support from NNIT sales management and delivery organization. You will be responsible for identifying new public and private accounts, where you will apply your sales skills as well as your domain knowledge. Your performance as will be measured on order entry and to a lesser degree utilization.

 

 Qualifications

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity or related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • You are comfortable with Danish as well as English on negotiation level
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless pursuit of exceeding targets and objectives.

This position is based in our brand new Copenhagen office in the centre of the city, reporting directly to the head of the Cyber team.
