We are looking for a Facility and Logistics Manager who will be based in Grenå, Denmark.

Job Description:

  • Monitoring the stock of a company's materials and equipment's.
  • Ensure that products, inventory, parts, or people move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
  • Working with inventory management software to track inventory levels, manage purchase orders and generate reports.
  • Collecting and analysing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products.
  • Determining the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand.
  • Coordination with sales and logistics to streamline the inventory management process.
  • Develop the maintenance program by carrying out a risk assessment and making adaptions to the maintenance strategy for all facilities.
  • Proactive plan for internal maintenance project.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • High competence in Microsoft Office, Power BI or related tools.
  • Fluently in English and Turkish.
  • Must have a driving licence.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
