Seasonal Horticulture Worker for Østre Enger berry farm
We are hiring dedicated seasonal horticulture workers for planting and cutting berry bushes, handling and packing firewood, and more.
The primary requirement is a valid driver's license (B), and agriculture experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Our season is from May - August, and we are looking for individuals available to work during this period. The specific duration and schedule will be discussed on an individual basis.

Skills requirements:
Education, work experience, language, certificates etc.
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Valid driver's license (B)
· Previous experience in agriculture (not required but beneficial)
· Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
Terms of Employment:
· Seasonal work contract
· Work period: May-August 2024
· Full-time position
· Working days: weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays
· Working hours: daytime and evenings
Working hours
40 hrs/week
Salary;
Compensation is based on an hourly rate, with overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard. At the end of the season, a "holiday bonus" will be provided, calculated as a percentage of your earnings during your tenure.
Salary (gross) based on experience: 150 – 175 NOK per hour
