Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Robot Operation Manager with a pharmacy background to oversee and manage the operation of our inventory robot system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control processes, prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and a thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) principles. The role requires excellent communication skills in English to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of inventory robot systems in the pharmacy environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established protocols.

  1. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment processes to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.

  1. Robot System Maintenance coordination: Coordinate regular maintenance and calibration of inventory robots to ensure optimal performance and reliability with maintenance company.

  1. Training and Supervision: Train and supervise staff members responsible for operating and maintaining inventory robots, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

  1. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures in line with GMP, GDP, GSP, and GPP principles to ensure the integrity and safety of pharmaceutical products.

  1. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the inventory management system, implementing best practices to streamline operations.

  1. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the inventory robot team, pharmacy staff, and other relevant stakeholders. Effectively communicate updates, issues, and recommendations to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

  1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to inventory management, safety, and security.

  1. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory management or robot operation, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  1. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory management processes, robot operation, maintenance activities, and compliance efforts.

  1. Regular control of expiry and temperature. Maintain control report and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field is MUST.
  2. Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is MUST.
  3. Familiarity with GMP, GDP, GSP, and GPP principles is MUST.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is MUST.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Prior experience with robotic systems or automation technology is desirable.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  9. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  10. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
