Job description
- Responsible for the Sushi department of the kitchen
- Ensure that all food served is of the highest quality in terms of ingredients, tast, and presentation.
- Contribute to maintaining a good HACCP system for the kitchen in relation to cleaning, production, and food safety.
Skills
- Experience as a sushi chef (min 3 years)
- Very good level of English
Working hours 40 per week, full time.
Working periode 01.05.2024 - 31.08.2024
Salary NOK 250 pr. hour, gross
