What do we expect of you:

We expect you to have a high degree of self-discipline and in addition we expect you to be good at communicating and that you don't mind that everyday life is characterized by busyness. You like to have a high level when it comes to service, optimization and quality, and you know how to keep a cool head in stressful situations. You must be stable in meetings and understand the importance of being a team. Even if you work independently in some tasks.
