The Head of SAP Business Development & Advisory is a key SAP leadership position. The role is instrumental to help NNIT continue driving growth in revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction of NNIT’s SAP business.

 

The person’s primary purpose is to identify and drive opportunities in engaging with customers on their SAP transformation journeys through a consultative approach, building up and leading a team of SAP consultants to help NNIT’s customers succeed, as well as leading strategic activities to continuously develop NNIT’s SAP service offerings as part of the SAP Business Services leadership team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of SAP Business Development & Advisory will have the following responsibilities:

 

  1. Identifying and engaging on prospective business opportunities;
  2. Being responsible for identifying, creating and delivering innovative service offerings and tools matching market demand to help define resource growth plan for SAP Business Services;
  3. Support establishing closer partnership with SAP, relationship with collaboration partners, and attracting new consultant candidates;
  4. Engaging with clients as billable advisor on key strategic engagements and clients on S/4 Transformations;
  5. Building up and leading team of strong SAP consultants;

 

The person will be part of the SAP Business Services management team, reporting to the VP, Head of SAP, part of the Region Denmark organization.

It is expected that 80% of the time is spent on management activities and 20% is spent on billable customer activities.

 

Work location is NNIT’s new HQ in Copenhagen, with possibilities to also work from the Aarhus office.

Some travel must be expected as the role involves customer facing time as well as working with colleagues from Czech Republic and Philippines.

 

The ideal candidate solid background in SAP, with knowledge about solutions, technology and market, experience with customer projects, and a network of relationships across the SAP ecosystem.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

General responsibilities:

  • Participate and drive customer management activities and presentations and deliver input to bids and agreements.
  • Financials including P & L for SAP Business Development & Advisory team
  • People management will also be part of the responsibility when team is established
  • Personal development, taking responsibility for personal business, competency and development targets and activities

 

Sales responsibilities

  • Drive segment/practice strategy incorporation with VP and Head of Sales
  • Develop short-term and long-term customer strategy
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at relevant levels (C-level down to Project Manager) and participate in client management activities, presentations and deliver input to bids and agreements.
  • Continuously drive business forward including giving feedback to the rest of the NNIT organization on adjustment of services, concepts and prices etc.
  • Manage commercial partnership relationship with SAP

 

Consulting responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of project activities – alongside Sales responsible e.g. Key Account Manager
  • Planning and execution of sales activities
  • Participate in and drive major customer and stakeholder engagements – during both sales and delivery phase
  • Analyze market for business opportunities
  • Ensure proper communication and material for forecasting
  • Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers etc)
  • Key performance indicators
    • Customer satisfaction (EVALGO or other evaluations)
    • Cross-NNIT Sales targets

Long Higher Education (Master) with supplementary education and min. 5 years of work experience.

Experience with specialist field of work.

Possibly management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.
