LS Intertank, a leading company in the transport and logistics industry, is looking for a service-minded, responsible, and solution-oriented colleague with a strong understanding of systems to join our HR team. We need someone who is passionate about maintaining a high service level and contributing professional expertise and engagement to support our fast-paced and dynamic operations within the transport sector.
The Position
As an HR Assistant at LS Intertank, you will play a key role in supporting our transport and logistics operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You will assist with updating and maintaining HR systems and master data while providing general support to HR processes and planning. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your skilled colleagues in the HR team. You will also have frequent interaction with departments across the organization, making your workday both dynamic and varied.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting recruitment processes, particularly for roles within transport and logistics
- Assisting with data entry and maintenance in our HR system, HR ON
- Supporting HR administration and process improvements
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle processes
- Drafting and maintaining contracts, agreements, and documentation
- Updating templates, instructions, and HR-related documentation
- Coordinating practical HR-related tasks across the organization
- Handling ad-hoc HR tasks within a transport/logistics context
The position reports to the HR Manager at LS Intertank, and the workweek consists of 37 hours.
Professional qualifications:
We expect you to:
- Be IT-savvy with a solid understanding of systems
- Be proficient in MS Office; experience with HR ON is an advantage
- Have experience with administrative tasks, preferably in an HR or transport/logistics setting
- Communicate clearly in English, proficiency in Polish or Slovakian will be advantageous
- Be a team player who enjoys working with others
