Analytical Project Manager with good technical understanding

Is project management a part of your DNA, and do you happily take responsibility for the optimal execution of projects? Then you may be our new colleague.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to complete our team to drive internal as well as customer-focused projects. With SwipBox projects being large and complex, driving these forwards will be one of your most important tasks. No project is the same, so you need to feel comfortable working with largely diverse challenges and customers. All projects are international, so you can expect interacting with many different cultures and stakeholders on a daily basis.

Your primary focus

Your primary focus will be execution and implementation of projects and your tasks and responsibilities will cover:

  • Project managing internal projects aimed at developing SwipBox products that may include both hardware and software aspects
  • Ensuring that our model for new product development is followed for internal projects
  • Creating realistic project plans and assessing issues that may challenge these during the course of the project
  • Ensuring that the requirements for the solution are clearly defined
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels both internal and external

Regarding customer related projects the tasks are:

  • Involvement in the tender process in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Responsibility for planning, executing and following up on pilot projects
  • Responsibility for customer dialogues and planning during the project processes
  • Onboarding of customers, including training, establishing processes etc.

As the Project Manager, you will be the generalist who ensures conformity between the commercial, technical, and operational elements for both internal and customer projects. The end goal is that the customer gets the best experience possible setting up their parcel locker network.

– Stephan Holm Lawaetz, Head of Project Management

Who are you?

You have good communication and coordination skills and are good at creating and nursing relations. You find it exciting to work in an – at times – challenging job, which requires you to keep informed and be solution-oriented. Last, but not least, you are proficient in written and spoken English to ensure smooth collaboration with our customers, most of which are international.

It is an advantage if you have project management experience, an analytical mindset and good understanding of hardware and software solutions. In addition, it is an advantage if you are good at explaining and presenting technical solutions. You must be persistent and able to adhere to deadlines.

It is important to stress that the above should not be seen as non-negotiable requirements but desirable skills. You will be working from our headquarters in Sønderborg and will be expected to travel when necessary. If you believe you have the skills to solve the tasks, we strongly encourage you to apply.

If this sounds like a job for you, we would love to hear from you! We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews on an ongoing basis. We therefore encourage you to submit a short, motivated application along with your CV via the button "Apply".
