Project Manager for leading tech company

We’re doing a great job (as in great-great) with developing and selling cutting edge products. But to be honest, we need a bit of help upping our game when it comes to managing our many ambitious projects.

Too honest of a job description? Well, welcome to OOONO.

We’re looking for someone who loves and has experience with managing projects across a high paced and relatively young organisation.

It’s no small task, we know, but if you ask us, it’s a pretty damn exciting one.

You get to lead a lot of important stuff, including all of the above, and make sure our projects are managed just as good as our product development and sales. No pressure, but they’re good.

Sounds good? Here’s more on what you’ll be doing told in the format of the good old, bulleted list:

  • Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from their conceptual phase to implementation and subsequent evaluation.
  • Identifying project goals, scope, and requirements in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Continuous monitoring and control of project progress, including regular communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with budgets and resource usage through effective financial management.
  • Identifying and addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project.
  • Ensuring the quality of project results through effective quality management and control processes.
  • Leading the project team and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

We imagine you’re someone who have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, control, and implementation of complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • Ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with project management tools and methods such as Gantt charts, agile methodologies, and risk management.
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or similar would be advantageous.

You’ll be part of a newly established project office and reporting directly Chief Project Officer Jacob. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to contact Jacob on tel. +45 40336931 or mail.
