We are looking to hire a Sales Project Engineer Nordic Region to join our Sales team based in Denmark.

As Sales Project Engineer Nordic Region you are a key driver in enabling Multi-Wing to succeed with project delivery of customised fan packs and core product range. You are expected to embody the core company vision of becoming the global leader of energy saving and tailored air flow shaping fan solutions by assisting sales in selecting the most energy efficient fan pack solution fitting the exact customer purpose. You are overall responsible for leading the end-to-end sales project management, project delivery from customer inquiry to series manufacturing and delivery.

This is a full time remote role for Nordic Countries, preferably based in Denmark. You will need to travel frequently. We can offer you an office in our DK facilities in Vedbaek or Randers. You will report directly to our Sales Director, Franz Frieling

Key responsibilities are:

  • Serving as day-to-day partner to sales, including:
    • Helping prepare material for and participating in customer meetings.
    • Serving as a technical sparring partner.
    • Ensuring follow up with customers to progress projects after lead has been sourced.
  • Preparing BoMs and quotes.
  • Managing interface between sales, application engineering, sourcing, and operations, including:
    • Ensuring customer requests are captured in standardized application reports for application engineering to deliver on.
    • Managing timelines and stakeholders across projects to ensure progress.
    • Coordinating between application engineering, operations, and sourcing to ensure prototypes and series are produced and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining an overview of on-going projects including status, expected volumes, timelines, and risk.
  • You are accountable for sales projects being successfully delivered on time.
  • Managing assigned customers.

Potential relevant experience & qualifications:

  • Previous technical sales experience if possible in the fan, HVAC & R industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry (e.g. like complete fans, electric motors, other electric-driven goods manufacturer)
  • Excellent communication skills and translating commercial requirements into technical specifications.
  • Building strong relationships and fostering teamwork across different departments by ‘encouraging diversity’. This involves being able to relate to individuals with varying expertise, backgrounds, and priorities, and effectively resolve conflicts that may arise.
  • Problem-solving skills: Projects often encounter unexpected challenges that require quick and effective problem-solving. Project managers should be able to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Organizational skills: Managing multiple projects, timelines, and resources. Project managers must be adept at prioritizing activities, delegating responsibilities, and managing project documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attention to detail: Paying close attention to detail and identification of potential risks to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly addressed.
