About Clearwater:
Clearwater is the leading M&A adviser in Denmark, with 53 dedicated employees split between our offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen. You will be working alongside our 31 talented employees at the office in Aarhus C.
In the past three years, we've successfully completed over 80 transactions, making us the leading M&A advisors in Denmark. Our engagements span across sell-side and buy-side transactions, working closely with owners, management teams, and investors to provide strategic M&A advisory services that drive success and value.

For our team in Aarhus, we are looking for someone with experience in leading M&A processes, that can lead teams of 3-4 members with sparring from a senior partner.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the M&A process from start to finish as the project leader
- Manage all aspects in a transaction and be the primary point of contact with customers in the process
- Overseeing pitch process coordination, from research and strategy to execution and final presentation
- Conducting and leading client meetings and presentations in partnership with case partners
- Serve as a mentor and collaborative partner for junior colleagues
Your profile:
- +5 years of M&A experience within investment banking or corporate finance advisory
- Ambitious as an individual and as a team player
- Systematic and analytical, with the ability to communicate complex issues
- A passion for excellence, professionalism, and cooperative engagement
- Fluent in Danish and English – both verbally and written
