We are looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. This role will primarily focus on:

  • providing administrative support in bookkeeping
  • HR administration
  • payroll functions

The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller based in London and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Danish office in Kastrup.

Qualifications:

  • Office administration or office assistant
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes and payroll administration
  • Fluent in English and Danish
