Group HR at Dinex

As our new Group HRBP, you will join our team, which serves as a key function at Dinex by establishing and executing human resources practices and HR digitalization to support the growth and success of our operations in Denmark and around the globe. We are a team of highly motivated professionals who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of Dinex – and we make sure to have fun from time to time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a generalist HR background with the ability to partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. You will wear many hats and flexibility and reliability are key.

You are a profound project leader, and you excel at understanding complex relationships and creating simple solutions for the benefit of people and the business.

You can lead HR automation projects and streamline processes at a group level.

This position reports directly to CHRO.

Key for the role

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or related industry.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and software, with the ability to understand data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English. Danish preferred but not mandatory.
  • Team player with a flexible, positive, and curious mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in facilitating the integration of digital technologies and processes into the organization's HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving cultural change.
  • Support CHRO with HR annual wheel activities and global initiatives such as e.g. conducting training sessions within the field of HR and Leadership.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Dinex sales entities, HQ and R&D organization, providing guidance on HR matters and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations in Dinex HQ, including but not limited to benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement Global and local HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and execute HR optimization initiatives in close collaboration with Business Development and IT team.
