Project Consultant to HDI Core System Implementation in Denmark

Your daily work will include:

• Support the CIS program with various analytical tasks including design tasks and requirement gathering across HDI’s various Lines of Business, Product analysis and identification of business needs.
• Test execution including development of test cases & actual testing, using Jira as a daily testing tool.
• Implementation: Support the Danish project management with the development of materials for training and education, Identify and complete relevant documents/templates. Function as an IT superuser role.
• International: Support the project management in meetings and sharing knowledge and experiences across countries.
• Act as level one support and superuser, and will experience support of the tasks via the Danish project management combined with HDI's specialists/underwriters on each product line.

The allocated project team will be involved in a wide range of activities ranging from analysis, to testing, implementation and migration of the existing portfolio in close collaboration with our headquarter in Germany.

Sapiens has been chosen as the supplier for the task, and their core system IDIT will be implemented.

Who are you?

• Relevant education from CBS, ITU or similar. It's an advantage if you know either something about IT systems, or about insurance products.
• We are seeking for competences that are entrepreneurs with ambition and high drive.
• "Swiss knife" – desire to support in many different types of tasks.
• Ability – and enjoyment – to go from idea to practice/execution, even if it's completely new areas.
• Technical mindset, proficiency in IT tools, and office solutions, experience with projects, familiarity with programming concepts is an advantage.
• Interest and curiosity in systems and curiosity in systems and a desire to learn and understand more about high complexity insurance.
• Enjoy a working environment with high expectations, lots of challenges, high ambitions for the future, an informal tone and high job satisfaction.
• Speak and write fluently in Danish and English.
