Coordinator - Client Services in the Global Mobility Industry

Join and learn from an experienced team

You will join the team in Rødovre consisting of experienced colleagues with in-depth knowledge of the international global mobility market. They have been working together for a long time and have extensive experience in the mobility industry, which they are ready to share with you. Furthermore, they look forward to sparring with you and adding you to the team to grow the business together.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the logistics aspects of moving household goods internationally, export, import and cross-country moving.
  • Close contact with all stakeholders, moving crew, assignees, corporate accounts.
  • Ensuring all internal teams and third-party vendors are provided with a consistently high level of service throughout the move and coordinating the relevant processes in order to achieve a seamless service on behalf of the client.
  • Booking of freight.
  • Organizing customs clearance.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for the assignee through the entire move process.
  • Tracking all relevant relocation documentation, to ensure that other internal departments and third-party vendors receive these on time.
  • Responding to client queries and complaints, and identifying areas in need of improvement.
  • Updating all systems and records as and when required.

Great drive and ambition will get you a long way, but in addition to that, your qualifications are

  • Preferably, you have a service-orientated background from the moving and relocation industry
  • A strong background in the logistics industry a plus but not a necessity
  • You are an extrovert person with good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are open to learning about our industry to perfect your skills within this area
  • You speak and write Danish fluently
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You have good IT skills ( Office package and/or CMR systems )

As a person, you are ambitious and ready to learn; you are a self-starter and have the drive to create your own success using our tools. You also possess excellent communication skills, you are outgoing, and you can challenge us to contribute to our processes.
