Integration Specialist

At DOVISTA we are embarking on a journey maturing our applications integrations landscape. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Integrations Specialist to lead this journey. With DOVISTA you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing our diverse application landscape. You’ll be the architect of seamless integrations, ensuring fluid communication between applications and spearheading data migration initiatives.

As the lead professional in integrations, you’ll elevate our practices with innovative tools and processes, and share your expertise through the mentorship of Group IT colleagues. Your proactive approach will identify and mature integration scenarios, guiding us towards a more structured and efficient integration development process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and optimize existing applications and systems to enhance integration
  • Design and define solution architecture for seamless integration solutions
  • Implement technical solutions and ensure their functionality and performance
  • Test integrated systems to guarantee they meet our high standards
  • Document integration processes and solutions and communicate effectively with various development teams
  • Continuously improve and optimize integrated systems for peak performance
  • Support and monitor integration flows to ensure availability and data integrity
  • Incorporate security and compliance standards into all solution designs
  • Set the development standard and approach for application integrations
  • Work with local integrations developers in other delivery teams to adhere to integrations development standards
  • Develop methodologies for application-to-application development that are innovative and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Someone who is eager to learn and grow within the field of systems integration
  • A team player who can communicate complex technical concepts with clarity
  • An individual who values security, compliance, and efficiency in their work
  • As we are still exploring various technology stacks to support our integrations journey open-mindedness and curiosity is key

You might have experience with:

  • Integration platforms like SAP BTP Integration Suite or Microsoft Azure Integrations Services
  • API development standards such as REST or SOAP
  • Data exchange formats like EDI, XML and JSON
  • Database technologies for data migration and management
  • Programming languages relevant to integration such as Java or Python
  • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies for complex integrations
  • Web services and understanding of network protocols like HTTP, FTP, and TCP/IP
