TEFCOLD group is a leading player in the commercial cooling industry in Europe with nearly 1 billion in revenue and activities all across the European continent. So, when you buy an ice cream in a convenience store, a cold soda in your local supermarket or enjoy a beer in the local pub it could easily be from one of our freezers and coolers, whether you're on vacation in Copenhagen, Paris, or Bratislava.

In total, we have 170 employees spread across locations in 8 countries. You will become part of our Group Business Development team, which consists of two experienced colleagues working dedicated to steer TEFCOLD in the right commercial direction and work with projects across borders.

Take our BI platform to new heights

We already have an industry leading BI platform – but you will help us take it to the next level. Therefore, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our Power BI platform as well as developing and managing our pricing models and management reporting across the TEFCOLD Group.

This means more specifically that you will be responsible for:

• Driving our global pricing methods and models with a view to local competitive market positioning, sales statistics, and cost structures
• Handling the development, administration, implementation, and training of all BI applications/reports across the TEFCOLD Group, subsidiaries, and departments
• Advising and recommending group and local management decisions using a data-driven approach helping delivering real impact to the business data.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the business in making the right decisions and making it even easier to use our platform – which is already one of the very best in the industry

The position is located in Viborg, where we expect you to be present at least 3 days a week, and we are very flexible on meeting your needs depending on where you are located.

You have experience from a similar role and a commercial mindset

There are several entry points to the position, but we imagine that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in business intelligence, business administration, finance, or similar. But most importantly, you have good experience from a similar role with BI, pricing methods and models, sales analysis, and data.

At the same time, we imagine that you:

• Have a solid understanding of the Power BI platform and able to teach your colleague how to interact and read reports
• Strong capabilities and experience building a model in in Excel
• Fluent in English, written and verbally and able to communicate commercial insights in a way that is easy to understand and act on
• Have a commercial and analytical mindset, so you are able to understand the business’ needs and work with complex data and numbers
• Curious about application of new tools and technologies
