Client Care Specialist with an international profile
As a Client Care Specialist at European Sperm Bank, you will work for an organisation striving to help people all over the world fulfil their dream of becoming parents.
To support our fast-growing markets even further we’re looking for an additional Client Care Specialist.
Your primary tasks
Based on our unique counselling methodology, your primary task is to assist our clients seeking fertility treatment with a sperm donor. Using both email, phone and chat, you will help the client to find the desired donor and handle related orders and storages. We do that timely and with a positive attitude – and always with a strong focus on driving ethical business, maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer, and maximizing sales opportunities.
The team you will be part of
You will be part of our international sales team based in Copenhagen and will experience a constructive learning environment and benefit from a dedicated team, who are eager to develop and be developed both individually and as a team.
Your profile
You enjoy being part of a friendly, fast-paced, and international work environment and always focus on meeting customer expectations and deliver at a high standard.
You might have a background from either the hospitality or health care industry.
On a personal note, you’re warm and welcoming adapting your communication to suit different customer and clients needs. You work in a systematic, methodical way by following procedures and policies and complies with legal obligations.
You are a German speaker on a native level and speak and write English fluently and if you speak another language, it is considered as a bonus.
