Commercial Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and dynamic Commercial Analyst to support our Managing Director. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic planning process at Skamol, the Skamol/Etex integration, conducting in-depth market, pricing, and sales analyses, and engaging in the development and consolidation of business cases.
This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a transformative environment and is capable of making significant contributions to our business strategy and operational effectiveness.

Experience & Proficiency:
Whether you recently finalized you master’s degree or have a couple of years of experience, we expect you to have a light level of numerical literacy, ability to do fast paced work and be OK with complexity.
- Understanding how P&L is constructed is an advantage.
- Previous experience in doing sales analytics is an advantage.
- Previous work of working with Strategy development is an advantage.
- Has a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in BI and Salesforce is an advantage.
Responsibility:
- Support and contribute to the strategic planning process for Skamol to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Actively support the integration of Skamol and Etex, working closely with cross-functional teams identifying synergy opportunities and suggesting new setup options.
- Conduct detailed market research and sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, translating data into actionable insights + organizing follow-up with the Regional Sales Directors.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on ad-hoc deep dives into various business areas, providing analytical and strategical support.
- Participate in the development, evaluation, and consolidation of business cases to support decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and functions within the organization to facilitate effective communication and project success.
- Play an integral role in cultural transformation initiatives, particularly as the organization integrates with Etex, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
