About Daniel and Jacob’s:

Founded in 2015, Daniel and Jacob’s apartments is a family-owned operator of hotel apartments and studios. With our strong mix of personalised, local experiences and adaptive service, we aim to provide a sustainable alternative to mass tourism, small hotel rooms, and sketchy Airbnbs.

Today we operate 170+ fully equipped units, spanning from smart studios to luxurious 5-bed apartments in Copenhagen and Århus. More locations are on the way.

What you will be doing:

Not two days will be alike, but expect this to be part of your daily routine and responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with guests via email, messaging and phone.
  • Turn inquiries into reservations by assisting with sales.
  • Prepare for guests with specific requests and needs.
  • Turn possibly negative reviews into positives by assisting guests with urgent issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the tech, reservations, and operations team members.
  • Implement and improve add-on’s and apartment amenities for holidays, special occasions and in general to exceed customer expectations with “icing on the cake”
  • Monitor and update information on sales channels like Booking.com, AIRBNB and Expedia.
  • Daily or weekly reports on your tasks and performance.
  • Analyse reviews and create useful reporting on review score performance.

What we expect of you:

We encourage people with all kinds of backgrounds and experiences to apply, as long as you can say “yes!” to the following:

  • You have experience from hotels/hotel apartments, from being an AirBnB host or from a similar customer service position.
  • You speak and write fluent English – Danish and other languages are an advantage.
  • You are flexible and available, and are able to plan and complete most of your daily functions on your own.
  • You are used to working with various IT solutions.
  • You have a good Knowledge on Copenhagen and up to date on all that’s happening around.
  • You are ready to kick off your new adventure in June 2024
